Terms and Conditions

1. Business Identity

Tinge Creative is a DBA (Doing Business As) of Kari Braden Design LLC, a legally registered business in the United States. All services, transactions, and agreements are conducted under this entity.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by or provided on this website are the sole property of Tinge Creative unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables; however, Tinge Creative retains ownership of design source files unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Service Agreements & Payment Terms

• All quotes provided are based on the information given by the client. Changes in scope may result in additional charges.
• Invoices are due Net 10 unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
• A project must be completed within 6 months of initiation, or a restart fee may be applied.
• Any projects inactive for 60 days will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

Tinge Creative makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content on this website or the final results of our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs or services.

5. Confidentiality

Until the final invoice is paid in full, all ideas, concepts, and information provided remain the confidential and proprietary property of Tinge Creative. Clients agree not to share, replicate, or use these materials outside the scope of the agreed-upon project.

6. Portfolio Use

Tinge Creative reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after updates constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Tinge Creative operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
